- All items are provided with a Certificate of Compliance.
- Test data, measurement data, process certifications, and other QA documentation are supplied as required by contract and/or specifications.
- Source inspections and reports available if required.
- Product traceability maintained.
- All aspects of US Export Licensing are covered to ensure your company is protected from inadvertent breaches.
- All items are inspected and packaged to minimize or eliminate damage in normal transportation by land and air.
- Shipments are consolidated generally on a single airway bill thereby reducing airfreight rates, reducing risk, and simplifying and reducing the cost of tracking and inward processing at destination.
- Expedited Shipments provided daily as needed.
- Prior notifications and details of shipments are always advised prior to receipt to facilitate customer progressing and inward processing.
- By having access to the US open market we are not tied to specific product ranges or manufacturers. We compete product where possible to obtain the best US domestic prices.
- Our margins are kept low and the lowest achievable price is offered to the customer.
- We quote fixed, firm prices, CPT US Airport (INCOTERMS 1990), but can quote CPT Airport of destination, if required.
- Our customers are always welcome to visit our New York facilities and while they are in the US they are welcome to use the office computer and communication facilities and use us as a central base and messaging center.
